Koyilandy SARBTM Govt. College's Ladies Hostel was constructed in 2016 at a cost of `2 crores which was funded by both UGC and the Kerala Government and started functioning in the same year. It now has the facility to accommodate up to 40 students in 10 rooms as well as the hostel provides the following facilities

- Wardens room
- Staffroom
- Storeroom
- Game space
The work on the first floor is progressing with the help of `2 crores received from the Government of Kerala Plan fund. It has 10 rooms for 40 people, including two dormitories for 20 children. Once completed, the hostel will be able to accommodate 100 girls in total.
